Refunds for personalized or custom-made products

Custom engraving details
before submitting your order.
2. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To submit a damage claim:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email clear photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping box
Send claims to:
