At Etch and Oak, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after production begins

  • Refunds for personalized or custom-made products

Please carefully review all:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spellings

  • Custom engraving details

before submitting your order.

2. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To submit a damage claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping box

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Another resolution at our discretion

3. Natural Material Disclaimer

Our products use natural materials such as:

  • Wood

  • Slate

  • Bamboo

  • Leather

Natural variations in grain, color, texture, and engraving appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

4. Incorrect Customer Information

Etch and Oak is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Customer-submitted spelling or customization errors

  • Orders delayed due to inaccurate information
